Aggravated Menacing and Domestic Violence Charges Dismissed

A man in his fifties, with no prior criminal record, found himself in a frightening position. His relationship with his ex-wife has not been ideal, but he has tried to make the best of it. Unfortunately, their relationship has also caused strain in his relationship with his son. This led to a disagreement that his ex-wife charging him with Aggravated Menacing and Domestic Violence. A warrant was issued for his arrest. His case was scheduled in Franklin County Municipal Court.
