Ohio State University Student With Five Prior Traffic Citations Sees Dismissal Of Failing To Stop

Posted On: December 29th, 2015

Luftman, Heck & Associates recently represented a 20-year-old Ohio State University student after she was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign. Our client had a substantial number of previous traffic tickets on her record to this point. The woman was quite concerned about losing her driving privileges as she has cystic fibrosis and often drives to see a specialist – a license suspension was not an option. In hopes of keeping an additional citation off of her already stained record and keeping her license, the woman turned to experienced traffic lawyer Joseph Kunkel who fought long and hard on her behalf.

Attorney Kunkel was quick to speak with the prosecutor and discuss the situation his client was facing in regards to her health. Kunkel ultimately saw a successful outcome in favor of his client after establishing a dismissal of the failure to stop violation in exchange for payment of court costs. Our client can continue to drive to her specialist without any legal complications obstructing her from doing so.
