Retiree’s Theft Charge Dismissed

A retiree was visiting her daughter in Columbus, when through a series of events, she was charged with theft at a Central Ohio Kroger. Her case was then scheduled in Franklin County Municipal Court. She was beside herself. Having never been charged with a criminal offense in her entire life, she was having a hard time coming to terms with the current state of events.
