Breath Test OVI / DUI Reduced to Lesser Offense

A young engineer, with a very promising career ahead of him, was stopped for speeding at 2AM with several friends in his car and multiple open containers.  The trooper asked our client to perform several field sobriety tests and a portable breath test.
