Case Dismissed For Man Driving Under Suspension

Our Columbus DUI attorneys recently helped a 22-year-old Columbus man who was facing the ill effects of a driving under suspension charge. He was caught driving during a mandatory one-year license suspension for a previous offense. Not looking to add any additional time to his current suspension, the man was certain DUI attorney Chase Mallory of Luftman, Heck & Associates would be able to help.

Attorney Mallory came to his aid, positive on the outlook of his case and ready to fight on his behalf. Immediately, Mallory saw to it that his client had limited driving privileges so that he could get to and from work without difficulty. Once in court, attorney Mallory entered a not guilty plea, and the prosecutor was also in agreement to dismiss the charge against him. Even though our client did not have a valid license, he saw a most favorable result after being charged with driving under suspension.
