Felony Drug Trafficking Offense Reduced to a Misdemeanor

Our client, who had previously been convicted of felony offenses, was facing a felony drug trafficking charge arising out of a traffic stop.  Our attorneys filed a motion alleging that officer’s violated our clients Fourth Amendment rights, which helped convince the prosecutor to amend the offense to a misdemeanor of the first degree.
