Benjamin Luftman Quoted in 10TV Article About Ohio DUI Arrests
Luftman, Heck & Associates attorney, Benjamin Luftman, was quoted in WBNS-TV (Columbus, OH) article entitled, “About 1,800 Ohioans have DUI arrests reaching double digits.”
Ben shared that approximately 90 percent of his DUI clients are first-time offenders in the article. This statistic was compared with an analysis conducted by The Columbus Dispatch, which showed that several Ohio residents were arrested over ten times for driving under the influence.
