Speeding 94mph in a 65mph Dismissed

Traffic violations sometimes accumulate quickly.  Our client had gone nearly 10 years without a traffic violation.  Then he picked up three (3) violations within a year.  He made the decision to hire us on his third ticket — a speeding charge that claimed was traveling 94mph.

Attorney Chase Mallory entered a plea of not guilty to the speeding charge after attempting to negotiate a reduction in arraignment court.   The day of trial, the prosecution was not prepared to move forward.  Consequently, they were forced to dismiss the speeding ticket and our client avoided the conviction, points, and fine.
