Superintendent Found Not Guilty of Theft after Trial

Our client, a school superintendent, with no prior criminal record found himself in a very unfortunate situation. Through a series of strange events, he was charged with Theft in Delaware Municipal Court. He was adamant that he had done nothing wrong and turned to the Columbus Criminal Defense team for help in litigating the case.

The stakes were very clear. Any conviction would have a great impact in his ability to maintain his current employment and get future employment as a school superintendent as well.

The experienced trial attorney Dan Sabol represented him at trial and after all the testimony had been given, he was found not guilty. Attorney Sabol was extremely happy to help his client be vindicated. Ultimately, the result allowed his client to keep his job and quickly wipe away the stain of a very unfortunate situation.
