A 20-year-old student at Denison University was recently charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of a fake id. With three prior alcohol offenses on his record in the last two years, the junior was in a serious situation with the school. Luckily for him, his first two underage alcohol charges were dismissed through a diversion program. However, this time around, he was ineligible to go through the same program.

His underage drinking charge will be able to be expunged prior to graduation, in the hopes of pursuing his first career.
