Woman Allegedly Slaps Niece, Child Endangerment Charge Dismissed

The attorneys at Luftman, Heck & Associates recently represented a middle-aged Columbus woman after she allegedly struck her teenage niece. Our client was charged accordingly with child endangerment following the damaging allegation. Obvious areas of concern for our client were significant fines and jail time. Facing this substantial charge and unsure how to avoid these penalties, she contacted attorney Daniel Sabol for legal assistance.

Attorney Sabol did everything he could to understand the situation and help his client through this charge. After speaking with the prosecutor, a mutual agreement was reached, and the grandmother was granted custody of the young child. Using his vast legal skillset and experiences, Sabol successfully uncovered significant weaknesses in the case. Sabol fought aggressively on behalf of our client, who then saw a dismissal of her child endangerment charge as a result.
