Woman Involved In Accident Found Not Guilty

Columbus DUI attorneys with LHA recently represented a woman from Cambridge, Ohio who was involved in a car accident on the freeway one night. Responding police officers made our client perform a field sobriety test and alleged that she had difficulty doing so. Based on her unsteady appearance, they could only assume she had been under the influence and caused the accident. The woman refused the breath test and firmly argued that she was not impaired.
