Charges Dismissed For Mother Charged With Child Endangerment

Recently, a woman found herself in a tragic set of circumstances that led to some very serious criminal charges. One day, while caring for her young child, the woman became inebriated and without proper supervision, her child was found wandering around outside her home. After neighbors became concerned, they called the police, who subsequently charged the mother with child endangerment. Understandably, the woman was now in a very precarious legal position and knew that she’d need very capable legal representation.

The woman eventually hired Ohio criminal defense attorney Dan Sabol with Luftman, Heck & Associates, who advised his client to take proactive steps towards curbing her excessive drinking before appearing in court. Once his client completed some counseling, attorney Sabol was able to show this as a sincere effort to handle her issues and improve. This led the court to dismiss the child endangerment charges against her, which provided her a great deal of relief.
