OVI / DUI Charge Reduced to Reckless Operations

A businesswoman in her 30s was pulled over by a Dublin Police Department officer and after performing the roadside field sobriety tests, she was charged with a first offense OVI / DUI. She was asked if she would like to take the breath test. She refused. Her license was then taken by the officer and she was placed under a one year administrative license suspension.
